Order Policy
Prompt shipping/delivery is assured but is subject to reconfirmation of the order by the customer in response to our email or phone call within two days from the date of order placed online.Orders received between the hours of 9:00AM to 3:30PM CST will be shipped promptly subject to stock availability. Otherwise customer will be updated via email of the order status.

We highly recommend that customers should calculate the time of delivery carefully before placing order and should select the proper shipping options (UPS ground, 2nd day air, 3-day select and overnight). Taize Shears has no control over it and will not be responsible for products arriving late as per customer's expectation.

In-State Shipping
All orders will be shipped via insured UPS ground or as per your choice of UPS or USPS Priority Mail services. UPS will not deliver to P.O.Box addresses. We will ship orders via USPS Priority Mail Service that do not provide us with physical street addresses. Be sure to give us a physical address otherwise the shipment may be delayed. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when the order is in transit. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

International Shipping
International orders are sent via UPS or US mail. For large orders please contact us via email: sales@taizeshears.com or call: 708-599-3442 for shipment arrangements. Customers will be liable for all customs, duties, and taxes applicable to the product in their respective countries. We recommend that you contact your customs office for details of those charges.
